Terms of use

Last updated: 10 May 2026

1. Agreement

By using Trado you agree to these terms. If you use Trado on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

2. The service

Trado provides tools to create and run online stores. We may change, limit, or end features; we try to avoid surprises for paid plans.

3. Account & your store

You are responsible for your login, your catalogue, pricing, taxes where applicable, and how you treat your customers. You must follow our acceptable use rules and applicable laws.

4. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout or in your dashboard. Failure to pay may suspend your store. Third-party fees (e.g. payments, domains) are separate.

5. Content & IP

You keep rights to your store content. You give Trado a licence to host and display it to run the service. Trado owns the platform, brand, and software.

6. Disclaimer

Trado is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Our total liability for a claim is capped at what you paid us in the prior three months (if any).

7. Law & disputes

These terms follow the laws of the place Trado designates in your agreement or checkout flow, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.

8. Contact

For terms questions: open the app or your Trado support contact.
